Testing

ZORK is undertaking a rigorous testing programme to document the performance of ZORK.

Testing is conducted by Provisor www.provisor.com.au a major National Research Facility that provides equipment and services for research into wine from "grape to glass".

Independent auditing and advice is provided to ZORK by Peter Leske to ensure the testing program is conducted to AWRI standards. Peter is a highly regarded winemaker who has extensive experience testing all types of wine closures.
